Auditions for the 2025-26 school year
Wind Symphony and Symphonic Band
To be accepted into the Herriman HS Wind Symphony or the Symphonic Band individuals must perform and be accessed in the following things:
Requirements
Perform a provided Etude with your instrument of choice
Play the Etude up to a double bar line that you are able to.
Play 3 Major Scales and Arpeggios out of the audition material list
(It is recommended for those auditioning for Wind Symphony to play as many 2 octave excerpts)
Current Herriman HS students will audition during their current band period.
If you are currently attending Copper Mountain Middle School or Mountain Creek Middle School auditions will be held at your school

Concert Band
Concert Band is a non audition course! If you are new to our program or does not wish to audition to an advanced course you can always enroll into Concert Band!
